Our fully audited business plan model calculates the income and expenditure of each facility using first principles considering opening hours, pricing and programming, levels of participation, industry benchmark data as well as our plethora of direct operational experience.
Financial modelling
To capture the financial impact of a project, our financial model takes into account the capital costs, capital funding, lifecycle costs, funding costs, net revenue costs, risk values, optimism bias, project financing, cash flow and IRR/NPV. Our fully audited financial models also provide scenario and sensitivity analysis that test the value for money assessment and comparisons.
